Design Notes
Has S. cerevisiae specific LEU selection and 2 um origin of replication allowing for 50-100 copies of the plasmid in yeast cells.
Source
Vector is based off of pJ1201-03c plasmid developed by DNA2.0.
Note: Original pJ1201-03c plasmid does not have a yeast Kozak sequence. It has been added to this vector; student designed yeast sensors being synthesized by DNA2.0 will have the yeast Kozak automatically added to the 3' end of the design.
